READING CLUB

Reading together,
at your own pace.

Three paths into books, their questions and the thoughts we share about them.

The proposal brings together a monthly selection, a guide to reading in stages and a written forum where we take part and respond. Everyone joins in when they can.

No minimum commitment.

Cancel anytime, without penalty

A single membership of $10 USD per month will provide access to all three reading paths and all their topic-based forums. Books must be obtained separately.

The forums will be exclusively for members with an active paid membership.

Read in stages, without rushing

Books differ in length and pace. Before each reading, we will define its stages; this proposal does not require you to finish every work within a month.

  1. Find your way into the book

An introduction to the author and context, the reference edition and initial guidance without revealing the ending.

  2. Read in stages

Defined sections or chapters, ideas to look out for and questions to accompany each stage. Page numbers will depend on the chosen edition.

  3. Discuss in writing

Separate forums for Classic literature, Stoicism and the Roman Empire, with permanent threads for each book and chapter to share questions, interpretations and responses without mixing conversations. Only members with an active paid membership will be able to read and participate. Spoilers will be marked according to reading progress.

  4. Revisit what you have read

A closing conversation to connect ideas, revisit interpretations and gather questions that remain open.

What we will prepare for each guide

This is the working structure, not a published guide.

We do not provide files of the books. Any future resource will require checking the rights to the edition and translation.
